I will have to unplug all the cables then.
Oh and my psu is upside down for better airflow to it.

Oh. The motherboard tray is the part of the case that the motherboard is attached to. It became known as the motherboard "tray" because it is removable in some cases. So once it's removed, it kinda becomes a "tray". But with the NZXT Tempest, the motherboard tray is not removable. However, it's also called a "tray" because that's just where the motherboard is stored. It's kinda like the System Tray in Windows. In the System Tray, you got the clock, and whatever icons you might have down there. But the System Tray is not removable (ok, so it is, but it would be stupid to remove it since it's so handy).

It won't be as difficult as it sounds. I think you might actually end up really enjoying it. In fact, I think that you will enjoy cable management so much that you'll find that it will be hard to stop perfecting it. I mean, when I first began managing my cables, I thought that I would just do a quick 5-minute job and be done. But before I knew it, I kept making it more and more perfect. Hmm. I should take a picture of it right now, but I haven't dusted in like 3 weeks, and I really don't have time for it right now. Yeah, I'm a perfectionist.

Oh and to put them in the tray will I have to take the back of the case apart? I mean since I flipped my corsair PSU the wires would come off of the other side then. In the picture I gave you that's not the upside down. So IDK. I will try still anyways for the cooling. Thanks.

Yea I took time putting all the cables perfectly. But the only reason I am scared is cuz I don't want to damage the mobo from ESD and stuff like that that's why I don't like, but I will do it anyways. Will I have to unplug all the power cables first though? And BTW on the PSU it's not like in the pictures it's actually after I flipped over the cables from the PSU are coming out from the case cover side. Thanks.

It's not as much work as it sounds. Yeah, of course you will need to remove the other side panel. That's the only way to get the job done.

But, why did you turn the PSU upside down? It was perfect the other way.

To prevent ESD, always use the chassis itself to ground yourself. So, if you are afraid, then keep one hand on the metal part of the chassis while you use your other hand. However, the only way to damage your motherboard with ESD is to have a "direct hit" to some part that's on the PCB of the motherboard. The PCB is the Printed Circuit Board. However, for a cable management project, you really don't have much to worry about. But still: if you end up needing to touch the motherboard, then just keep one hand on the metal of the chassis.

As far as what you will have to do: yeah, of course you will need to unplug the power supply cables. However, once you begin doing this, you will quickly see everything that you need to do. Before you really realize it, you're going to have everything figured out. This is really much easier than it sounds or looks.

For example, see the pics that JordanWillis posted in Post #18 above.

Because for the PSU fan there was only 1/2 inch from the bottom and my computer stands flat on the carpet so even If I cut a hole it wont have good airflow to the fan of the PSU. Therefor from other forums and this forum they told me to flip it. here is one http://www.overclock.net/power-suppl...cing-down.html . And no one answers this question http://www.overclock.net/monitors-di...350-p2370.html .

"direct hit" to some part that's on the PCB of the motherboard." What do you mean? what is the Printed Circuit Board?

Thanks. I don't know I'll do the cable managment, but they say if I do it the only difference it would make is the airflow would only be about 3-5 degress less. As I have like a free fan on my front top and the bottom is like locked with wires, but there's nothing on the bottom except the PSU which has a fan in it which I don't think is a problem.

And I wonder where his 8 pin power connector cable is, since I don't know since I don't have a hole near the 8 pin connector to stick the wire through in the mobo tray. I probably shouldn't touch that one then. Unless I put it on top and go accross the top but that wouldn't make a difference.

Thanks.
