Default CPU Cooler stuck in Motherboard, ***?!!!!

Zerotherm Nirvana is stuck in my GIGABYTE EX-38 DS4. 3 of the screws into the backplate come out, but the 4th one is stuck. The grove in the backplate holding this screw moves along with the screw, so the screw does not move out.

REMOVED the motherboard and tried to remove this.

So the cooler and cpu are embedded in this mobo forever now :

These are the kind of screws that go into the backplate

Here is what they screw into

And here is the back of the backplate

Wat to do now ?

Put another screw back in loosely, just enough to hold the backplate in place, and then unscrew the stuck screw.

possibly use a pair of needle nose pliers to hold the head in place while you unscrew it?

If needle nose wont hold it use a pair of tin snips "just personal experience this works" they cut in a bit and grip better then pliers. Have a bit more leverage on the handle then pliers so grip is greater.
This is what i do to remove stuck motherboard risers "used to be a real pain till i found this trick"

can you take a picture from each side of it so it's easier to see what's going on with it?
