FSB x Multiplier = CPU speed.
FSB x Divider = Memory speed. So, if you change FSB, you will be changing the CPU speed and the memory speed. If you change the Multiplier, you will be changing only the CPU speed. But: A 1 mhz change of the FSB will increase the CPU speed in mhz steps equal to the MUltiplier. (ie. if multi = 20, then a 1 mhz FSB increace = 20 mhz CPU increase). Increasing the Multiplier by one number will increase the CPU speed by 200 mhz. You really need to read some stickies on overclocking, as there's much more to it than just changing FSB/Multis.
