Correct. This is bad for dust, however.

Because in the act of sucking air into the case via vents and cracks, it pulls in dust as well

I'd recommend a 38mm fan for the Megatron.
The Rexus fans on newegg are just re-branded Panaflo's which are pretty much neck and neck with some of the best 120mm fans on the market.

Either of those are good. The decision would be based purely on how much noise yuo can tolerate.

hmm, ive got a HAF 932 with a 230mm in the front, and another 230mm on the side, taking air in. then I have a 120mm in the back, and a 230mm up at the top. Would this be considered negative air pressure? should I remove the side fan? for more negative air pressure?

so with heat sink fans is there a point of diminishing returns as far as cubic feet per minute goes? or is it always the more air moving across it the better?

I thought you're creating a positive air pressure right now.

you need to look at CFM. how much air are you bringing into the case and how much are you pushing out?

So assumed he is running all of them at max, it would create a positive air pressure right?
