Get the Deltas and get gnarly bro!!!!!

Report back what temps you get with the 252cfm fans compared to the tri-cools.

Also, I have the Megahalems, and I tell everybody that I have used a 25mm 77cfm fan, and a 38mm 133cfm fan, and it hardly made a difference. Maybe 2c or less. I remember I thought it was gonna be a big drop, but it wasn't. Either way, I still rocked it with an Ultra Kaze 3000rpm at full blast.

I think that solution of Deltas isn't the best/cost worthy/temp dropping, but I think you should just do it if you are happy with 2c temp drop... maybe more!

Well, if you want something to drive you insane, listen to this at full volume on both your speakers and OS...

if you have a delta then you have to have another delta or a big hole in the back of your case because the air will have nowhere to go. a tricool fan cannot exhaust that much air.
No, im not that crazy to try to put 2.0v through my CPU, that was just a reference to the motherboard i might have got. I think ill go with a 780i, though. And how about 5 tricool fans on high?

If i get a delta 252CFM, i think ill put it on my side vent, that way it will hit the GPU as well as the megahalem, which will have 2 tricools on high attached to it.
Would that work for dispersion?
