The medium speed panaflo would be fine. It's close to 90 CFM and under 38 dba. It's not the CFM that matters, its the static pressure, and the panaflo has a good amount of that.

CensusPC gives the cheapest price I've seen for it. Prices have ranged from $7.95 to $13.99 at many retailers without shipping (many nail you with shipping costs).

How is Scythe garbage? I'm not defending them, just wondering. They've got a 30k hour life so they are short lived compared to most. It's also true that MANY fans are louder than their ratings, in fact most don't give dB at full rated rpm but pick the best one at ideal conditions near whatever their target market is.

I'm more concerned with static pressure on the fans ultimately to be honest.

San Ace fans are actually quieter than their specs. They also last 180k hours, and don't grind and click when undervolted. The good fans don't have fake specs, because they don't need to lie to sell their product.

The Ultra Kaze is just a cheap, sleeve bearing fan. Anything made by Sanyo (San Ace), Panaflo, or Delta is much better, even if they are more expensive.

The Kazes don't even have that great of pressure when you factor in how loud they are to achieve that pressure.

Ahh, ty, I've been checking out what I've seen as the more popular fans within the forums and I've seen a lot of people talking about how great the Ultra Kaze are and using them.

@ noahmateen1234: Sorry for jacking your thread man, I will try not to do that to anyone again in the future.
