I have four fans I'd like to control and have my eye on the scythe kaze master. I'll be putting it in a 5.25in bay...But before i decide just wondering what others have or can recommend and are happy with...thanks

i think the kaze master is a very good choice, but there are others, like the Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus, regular sunbeam rheobus...
if you want some more extreme fans in the future you might want a rheobus extreme

IIRC the kaze master undervolts the fans even when its set to the max.
The Rheobus and The Rheobus extreme are some of the best controllers around so i would recommend checking those out. I personally use the normal Rheobus and it works perfectly and is able to control my San Ace 1011 and other fans without a problem.

I own an original Kaze Master and while it looks pretty good, it's power management isn't up to the task of running multiple high-speed fans (it's only rated at 12.5V per channel). Plus the temperature sensors are finicky and are not particularly accurate so I ended up not using them, then you have a row of zeros on the screen which is somewhat annoying.
I'd recommend the Rheobus (standard or Extreme depending on your needs).

2nded on the Sunbeams. Also recommend the Vantec Nexus if you can find anyone selling it; for some it's still the best fan controller ever made, and there's only a 2-5 watt per-channel difference between the Nexus and a Rheobus.
