I will buy OCZ freeze. Hope i am not doing anything wrong when re-applying the paste. Is it ok to clean the CPU with dry cloth or tissue, or do i have to use some kind of substance?
Use microfiber cloths and rubbing alcohol 91% when cleaning the cpu and heatsink, i like to give it one more rub down after i get all the paste off, don't use tissue or cloths that are like towels because they leave fibers. Just put a rice size amount of paste on the cpu.

After 10 hours, max temp reached 66 degrees, but as i type it is only at 57 degrees (while 100% cpu usage still).

I certainly hope that new thermal campound will improve my temps, but it wont be a major imrpovement i guess - 2-3 degrees maybe?

Maybe i should try to get another cpu cooler :-/

The paste will deff make a difference also the way you apply it and for the same price of your noctua you could get a prolimatech megahalems which currently is the best air cooler and for another 20-40$ depending on the fans you buy you can get some sick 38mm panaflos for 14-16$ a piece or some deltas for 20-26$ a piece or some yate loons or kazes for around 10-12$.

65c load temp is safe your idle temps are high but you could have a cpu with bad calibrated sensors for idle look into getting realtemp and see what it says.

The stuck sensor problem is usually an issue with 45nm CPUs; I haven't heard of the older 65nm having such issues but there's always the statistical chance blah blah etc.

What do your BIOS temp readouts say?

Last time i checked around 39 degrees, but isnt it reffering to tjcase or something else?

Check the screen i posted, in speedfan temp1 - temp4. One of them should be tjcase.

Alright, perhaps i should also add another fan on CPU cooler. Not sure if it will fit in though.

Here is another question: is it worth to buy Megahalem? Will it make a big difference over Noctua? Anyone done comparasion between the two or something?
