just woke up, so bare with any typos or redundancy.

have you tried mounting the Noct so it's blowing out the top of the case instead of the back? I'm not sure of the exact layout of your case, but it looks like there are two 120mm fans at the top/back, one 120mm at the back/top, and two 120mm fans at the front/bottom ?

One 23030mm at front (intake), two 23030mm's at the top and one 12025mm at rear.

Also 2 supporting 120mm's on HDD bay.

You have any high speed fans laying around? Just about anything is better than the Noctua fan if you care about temps more than noise.

you probably put too much thermal paste which would insulate the cpu and cause it to get hot, how many volts are you using at 3ghz? Also it seems that you are using the stock fans or low CFM fans you really should get high cfm fans like high speed yate loons 88cfm or something like that to get faster airflow.

Yes, all the case fans are stock, but they are not that bad actually (except of 2 120mm's on HDD bay). Check here:

Regarding paste, i believe this shouldnt couse the problem, i'v tried to re-apply many many times.

Vcore is only 1.2V.

A gentle typhoon won't be much better as far as temps go. It still a low pressure/CFM fan.
