but i don´t know if those site are safe place to buy (i dont know how to traslate this from spanish.--> lugares de confianza) maybe like these (of confidence) cause they´ve great products

i know that delta have many others much powerful fan´s but i think that this one is more than enough
soo.. what you think
People keep saying the Delta fans are unbearable when it comes to noise, like the sound of a power drill running continuously. Might have to look for San Ace or Panaflo fans because they can be undervolted with a fan controller. They're sold out at the sites I visit, so I guess people like to buy them.

If you can stand the noise, Ultra Kaze 3000. I had one for a while and swapped it out for a SanAce 1011. Its ALOT quieter and has very similar specs. If you decide that you want some Ultra Kaze 3K's I still have 3 pf them leftover from previous builds. I would be willing to let them go. PM me if you are interested.

53dbA really isn't that unbearable
When undervolted, I can see that Delta being ok for long term use

It's power consumption is rather high though

Why Ultra Kaze fans are pale in comparison to San Ace, Panaflo, and Delta fans? Are they cheap and inferior fans, can't undervolted well, or something else?

So are Ultra Kaze fans considered bad fans to use on the Megahalems? I was thinking about using the Sunbeam Rhoebus to control their speed. Should I just go for Panaflo or San Ace fans instead?

Most start clicking/grinding when undervolted.

The San Ace H101's should be back in stock on Newark soon. They never post a date when they'll restock but from my experience it doesn't take long.

Ultra Kaze's are cheap sleeve bearing fans that don't undervolt well.

love mine. Can't hear it from 4 feet away, and I'm seeing no higher than mid 50's core temps on a C1 stepping Q9450 with a very high (Texas summer) ambient.

also, don't need a fan controller to keep it tolerable - running full blast, it's not completely silent, but it's very, very quiet.

Either San Ace 1011's or H101, as Marin has already mentioned, the H101's don't quite have the CFM output of their predecessor. If not, Panaflo 38mm fans are a good choice too, and Ultra Kaze 2K as a last resort but they can get a little whiney at times.

EDIT: Ultra Kazes use Sleeve Bearings which aren't great and whine a bit. Mind you, my 2K wasn't that bad, but not a great fan.

Might as well go for a Panaflo or San Ace H101 fan when they are back in stock. No need for a fan controller for these fans then?
