Before, I go out and buy one, I am planning to get 2 Ultra K's 3K and since they are 38MM, I am sure they won't work with the supplied fan clips, is it possible to use zip ties to attach them to the HS?

Why Kaze's though?
Have you considered something higher quality like a Panaflo or San Ace?

Second'ed. Ultra Kazes are crap. Espeically the 3000 RPM model. Either you have it running full blast, and it's loud as hell, or you put it on a fan controller, turn it down, and have a fan that clicks fairly loudly.

Google seems to show a TRUE is able to fit in an Antec 300, but it is going to be a tight fit with 38mm fans. It depends upon the orientation of the heatsink.
