AS5, but I would go with OCZ freeze, IC diamond or MX-2 for best temps

Lastly, can I just use a coin instead of a washer for extra pressure. I have a Ten Kronur coin here which is fairly wide and thick?

I again would say OCZ Freeze or IC7. As for the washer mod, that should work fine. What you really are looking for is something that will act as a spacer from the top of the heatsink to where the mount applies pressure. By making that space smaller, you increase the amount of pressure that the mount applies to the heatsink, thus reducing any air gaps between the processor and cooler.

Long story short, any small piece of material thick enough to fit in there is fine for a washer mod.
