Sleeving will do almost nothing in terms of airflow. And have absolutely no affect on temps. As somebody who has studied 3 years of college level physics, I will gauruntee that. Cable management on the other, will absolutely help.
Plus, good cable management means whether they're sleeved or not should not change airflow.
