Lately I’ve been getting higher load temps on my cpu because I’m running games on higher settings so I need a new heat sink. If you know of any good ones for a good price then let me know I’m on a really low budget of around 50$ (AM2) I think

you could also try the OCZ vendetta 2. It does a bit better than the dark knight. The mugen 2 and dark knight are also really good choices, but the mugen is REALLY and i mean REALLY large. It could have an issue with your ram, since you only stated you had the OCZ type of memory, and if you have the ocz reaper, it might block the heatpipes.

Scythe Mugen 2 - $36.99
ZeroTherm Zen FZ120 - $41.99 (Easiest to install) XigmaTek S1283 - $36.61 The FZ120 is easier to install than the Mugen 2, and can be mounted vertically or horizontally unlike the S1283.

A little research and you can see which of these coolers (weed out the ones outside of what your price range is) will work better for you. Most all of these can be found at Newegg.com, good luck and have fun,
