Default Megahalem, 1 120x38MM or 120x25MM Push/Pull

So before I go out an buy the cooler tomorrow at MICROCENTER, I want to know whats would be better, 2 Scythe Slipstreams in Push/Pull or 1 Ultra Kaze, I am really aiming for the 2 fans since I don't want to waste time buying a 38MM clip online unless microcenter sells them there. Anyways, I know slipstreams aren't the best fans since they don't pull that much static pressure, so if someone could recommend another fan for 120x25MM or 120x38MM that HAS to be at microcenter.
I am in the Orange County/Tustin area too

If you want fans from Micro Center, I suggest either the Scythe S-Flex fans at 1600 RPM or the Noiseblockers in push/pull configuration.

Push>Pull will be better then just 1, but not by a huge amount. You will not get something like 10c less, more like 3c less.

Only 1 25mm fan clip. You have to buy fan clips somewhere else like jab-tech, CrazyPC, SVC, or FrozenCPU.

It only comes with 1 set of clips, you need to get the 2nd set. Most places that have it will have the extra clips as well.

Wonder if microcenter sells some.

Found some, looks like they are 10$

http://microcenter.com/search/search...x=0&submit.y=0

Would these go with the megatron and s-flexes?

Might as well use zip ties

One 38mm thick fan will be better than two 25mm thick fans. Stay away from slipstreams and Ultra Kazes though. Neither are good quality and slipstreams suck on heatsinks.

For 25mm go with S-flex, and for 38mm go with Panaflo or San Ace. Not sure if Microcenter sells Panaflos.

38 mm fan clips: http://www.crazypc.com/store/merchan...Category_Code=

Is there a problem with buying online?

Highly doubt they would, and I really don't want to spend 24$ for a San Ace or a Panaflo online, right now my Q9550 is idling 50C on this crappy cooler and I really need a replacement ASAP
Anyways, thinking of using zip ties for one side and fan clip on the other? Is that fine, and for the zip ties, is these a guide on putting them on? Or will I figure it out once I get the HS?
BTW, thanks for all the help REP+
