I was looking over Newegg and found these nifty little things.
These should, in theory, drop the internal temp because the hot air isn't trapped in the case, waiting for the exhaust fan(s) to shoot it out. I think it should be a staple for any air cooling setup.

if anything, just remove the original ones from your case and leave it open.

They doint really MOVE air they just doint stop it from seaping out. But if you have a 2xx card or a back vented card it could leak some hot air back in
