Default Which Direction Should The Side Panel Fan Be Pointed?

I have a fan installed on the side panel, which currently blows
the air inside of the case, which is the opposite of the direction
that my video card tries to blow the hot air out.

So essentially, when my side panel case fan tries to blow air in
it collides with the stream of hot air from video card.

Should I unscrew the fan and and re - screw it in reverse so it sucks the air out of the case?
BTW I already have a rear fan that sucks air out of the case too in the back.

I've never really seen a point to a side fan, but if your GPU is exhausting out the side, the side fan should be set up to exhaust as well.

Try using it as an exhaust to see if your overall temps drop.
Typically it's an intake though.
