Even if it fit's its a terrible heatsink on the performance/price ratio. A lapped true or megahalems will do much, much, much better, for 1/2 the price.

The V10 weights a lot and I've heard megahalems work about as good for cheaper and don't weight 1200 g's

Alright, just warning you, you are wasting money buying a V10. A cheap ram cooler and a better heatsink will be cheaper, look better, and perform MUCH better IMO.

The V10 blows HOT air onto your ram.

I second the Dark Knight/Megahalem, Dark knight doesn't require mounting hardware for AMD CPU's

the dark knight does look like a good choice.
but the sucky part is im limited to where i can buy.i chosed the v10 just because the guy on ebay will accept canadian money orders.so looks like im stuck with buying somthin the motherboard will not like(1200grams is alot) and somthin i can barely afford
oh well if i dont like it ill resell it.lol

Avoid that heatsink buddy. It isn't a great one for the price its going at. Get something a little more decent.

First of all, cooling your RAM is completely pointless, especially if it already has heatsinks installed. RAM will NEVER overheat. EVER.

Secondly, the V10 will not even cool off your RAM, because it blows hot air down onto it. It might even make your temps worse.

Third, there are MUCH better heatsinks for a lot less money. The Prolimatech Megahalem is the best cooler on the market right now and costs about 1/2 as much as the V10.

Please do not get the V10, it is the biggest waste of money in the history of air cooling...
