Default Noctua NH-U12P need advice

Hello boys and girls.I need advice about my noctua.I want to change/add a fan.Its getting hot in new york in summer and my 4.2 Ghz its not stable if I not run AC in my room. The question is i wanna buy 2 good fans in Push/Pull configuration and change the stock thermal paste that come with cooler.
I was thinking about 2 Scythe ultra kazes. But they are 38mm and no way the holding brackets gonna work. Can i get somewhere bracket for 38mm's?, or should i go with wire/cable plastic ties?.But i dont like that idea.Im just looking over newegg and maybe i should go with Scythe's Slipstream's 110 CFM?.What you guys think?.Bah i forgot about about fan controller.Any good u guys know?.Second question is thermal paste.OCZ FREEZE? or Liquid Metal Pro?.Something i could also put in my Gtx 260 will be great.Because im thinking about cleaning it.Thats all i guess if something gonna come to my mind im gonna post it.

Thank You everybody

What he said ^^^

The Noctua comes with fan clips that will fit any fan with open corners.

As far as fan controllers go, the Sunbeam Rheobus or Scythe Kaze Master are decent choices.

For fans, Panaflo's can get pretty crazy, and there is also the Scythe Sliptream 1900RPM fans which have a good CFM to dB ratio (and they do over 100 CFM ).

For thermal paste, the stuff that comes with the HSF is pretty much some of the best stuff you can buy. It is a little better than OCZ Freeze, and is hella better than AS5, I would just stick with it if I were you.

Thats relative. I would say the Noctua paste is not better than AS5 or OCZ freeze. I tried both as5 and default, and the temp difference is like 1C between the both. So it's hard to say which one is better. I'd go with MX2 or OCZ freeze.

For fans, get a Panaflo. Ultra Kazes are much lower quality, and are louder. Slipstreams are garbage on a heatsink because they have no static pressure.

The Noctua's fan clips will work on a 120x38mm fan just fine.

I'd get ICD7 for TIM.

I also think the Noctua paste is very good. It spreads very nice and you only need a tiny tiny amount. Performance is as good as any other compound I have tried (at least 7 or 8 types including IC7, AS5, and MX-2).

Ummm ... Just wanted to clarify a point (in case you were not aware). A fan controller does not necessarily reduce noise. It merely reduces the revolution of the fans which as a bonus reduces the noise. However, if your component is running hot and you need your fans on full, it will still be as noisy. Guess all I am trying to point out is that the fan controller is not a volume control, merely a 'speed' control.
