Has anyone tried putting a shroud between the fan and the heat sink on a down facing cooler like the Scythe SHURIKEN or the Noctua NH-C12P?

I could have sworn Arctic Cooling MX-2 was better than OCZ Freeze.

I think it goes in this order:
I7 Diamond <----best Arctic Cooling MX-2 OCZ Freeze Arctic Cooling MX-3 will be out soon, and it will be better than MX-2, might beat I7 Diamond..

I looked at some reviews on TIM and they said that TIM Consultants T-C Grease 0098 then OCZ Freeze then IC7.

Not bad but the best TIMs I have ever used or see are the following:
OCZ Freeze, MX-2, and IC7
