My (stock) top 140mm fan in my 300 is vibrating and making a really loud an irritating noise when it's on full, how can i fix this? I'm also getting the same sort of problem with my 2 front fans...
__________________On a side note, why is it that on some days, I can feel loads of air being pushed out when I place my hand over where the fan is, but at other times I feel no/very little air being pushed out? (The fans are always at full speed.)

Perhaps an uneven coating of dust or something is on your fans. Clean them off and see if that helps. The not feeling the air sometimes is caused by the air warming up. Its harder to feel body temperature air than room temp air through your fingers.

i had the same issue with mine (vibration) i ended up putting nylon washers on both sides to dampen the vibration, but since i ended up getting a couple kaze juri 1900's for my case i just leave it on low now.

As for the vibrating, you should unscrew the fans and test them to see if the noise is from the fan vibrating against case, or if the bearings are starting to mess up. If it's the former, tighten the fans down and verify that they aren't loose OR use rubber washers. If it's the latter (my guess), try removing the sticker and re-lubricating the bearings with oil. If this doesn't fix it, you might need new fans.

The fan is silent when tested out of the case.
__________________When I tighten the screws, the vibration seems to increase, its a little bit less when the screws are abit looser, but if i place the palm on my hand on top of the case (applying no force or pressure what so ever) the vibrating stops completely.

The Antec 140mm Tri-Cool fan in my 300 vibrated pretty badly at any setting except low speed. I replaced it with a Yate Loon and the vibration stopped.
Using silicone fan mount "screws" helped some, but not nearly as much as installing a better fan.

My 140mm randomly vibrates sometimes randomly, I just push it down on top of it for a half a second and it's gone. I think it's the top part of the case bending maybe?
It's a rare occurrence. Just informing you so you don't feel like you're the only one out there! <3 My Antec Three Hundred.

The top OEM fan on my 300 vibrates only right as I turn it on, it is quite after that (Med and High speeds only, low does not do it). I have not bothered to see what it is since it only does it when starting.
