This is where I am will be buying it: http://www.svc.com/sy-1225sl12sh.html. Is the 37db maximum noise because many times companies will only state the minimum noise

Scythe Slipstream fans are terrible heatsink/radiator fans. They have wimpy static pressure, and no, high CFM does not make up for lack of pressure.

Well I am running out of choices. What do you recommend and remember it has to be 120 x 25

Maximum (100%) and even at that it's a smooth 37dba. There's some 35dba's that are more ''coarse''. Most of the noise is from the actual airflow and not the motor.

My tests show otherwise. Besides, with other louder fans, he might have to reduce their RPM to lower the noise, and thus the pressure would go down. Thanks to the great CFM/DBA ratio of a Slipstream, you can run it closer to it's maximum pressure.

Which case fans are you using?

Slipstreams are hands down the best case fans, so it might be a good idea to save on shipping and get them all at once. If not, just make sure the rear fan is pushing at least 75cfm.

I have 6 of these (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...oss_T9_product) in my case plus this one (http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-...9510959&sr=8-1) exhausting.

And I have the big side fan of my cosmos cooling the video cards so I think I have enough airflow

So what is the consensus here about the 25mm thick fan with the HIGHEST static pressure? I'm guessing Yate-Loon hi-speed (88 CFM) or Scythe S-Flex (75 CFM). Can anyone else think of any others?
