Have you tried the Overclockers UK in Staffordshire?

EDIT: I just found the page. Kinda spendy imo.

Depends what you want to do. I'd go with a San Ace like Chunky_Chimp suggested, but since Overclockers UK doesn't have one I personally might go with the Delta and undervolt it. Though I've read about a lot of people here using the S-Flex in push pull and getting good results.

Most people get a Sunbeam 4 channel 30W per channel, but I have the black version of this guy Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus. At 7W per channel I can control my Panaflo w/o any problems, but if you go with the delta you will need something bigger, so I've included a link to all the fan controllers the Overclockers UK has. Be certain that you know what the wattage is per channel or you may end up not being able to fully use your fan or even damage it.

Honestly people, does anybody read the full thread anymore?

The OP was asking where to find the fan clips in the UK, then proceeded to ask my opinion on which fans (none of which are on your guide) provided by the etailer were best. All in all, I believe the OP was answered as best as possible given the restrictions in place.

Had to poke , I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff.
