I was shopping around for cheap cooling and i found this
5.25" Drive bay cooler and noticed ill have 2 or 3 slots free depending if i get to disk drives and im wondering if it would be worth it to buy one of these?

Yes, I personally havn't used it or know anybody that has. But I agree with the above post that it looks like it would screw up the airflow in your case. I would stay away from it personally.

It depends on what you have for a case. One of my friends has a Gateway that is a few years old now and he actually got rid of his second optical drive so he coule install one. Apparently it lowered his temps quite a bit. For a well cooled case with good airflow it very well could screw things up.

I have an antec one and actually, it works pretty damn well IMO, it doesnt screw up airflow (why would it anyways?) Ill probably be selling mine soon as in after christmas when I get my new case because i wont need it .

It'll screw up airflow depending on where the air is sucked in. If its sucked in from where your intake fans are, then it'll hog all the cooler air which is vital to the CPU and GPU.
