Asus P4P800SE. The XP-120 will fit without any mods to the MB, however when installing it lay it in place and take a look at your 4 pin MB power connector. I am using a Ultra X-connect PSU and the connector is a little larger then normal so I had to slightly bend a few heatsinc fins to the side.
__________________At idle Case ambiant temp 23.7 C MB temp 25. C CPU temp 36. C Under load MB temp 28. C Cpu temp 43. C Note this is with only 1 80 mm Case intake fan...... having issues with the others Hope it helps someone

Asus K8N.. Cannot use the slot nearest the CPU if there are heatspreders/ramsinks on, without hs/rs can fit in first slot.
