Asus P4P800SE. The XP-120 will fit without any mods to the MB, however when installing it lay it in place and take a look at your 4 pin MB power connector. I am using a Ultra X-connect PSU and the connector is a little larger then normal so I had to slightly bend a few heatsinc fins to the side.
At idle
Case ambiant temp 23.7 C
MB temp 25. C
CPU temp 36. C

Under load
MB temp 28. C
Cpu temp 43. C
Note this is with only 1 80 mm Case intake fan...... having issues with the others
Hope it helps someone

Asus K8N.. Cannot use the slot nearest the CPU if there are heatspreders/ramsinks on, without hs/rs can fit in first slot.

XP-120 + Thermaltake Thunderblade (120mm) 21 dB, 78 CFM

Idle: 30C
Load: 36C
