Do you have any good spare fans around? If not, I'd suggest the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus which you can pick up for $30 shipped. Then snag two Yates (high speed if you can find it) from Petra's (only place for genuine Yates in America). The 212 Plus can do push/pull and with those nice high speed Yates you'll get the best performance for $45. Heck, even a pair of medium speed Yates might be pretty good too.

212 Plus is nice because of push/pull and it has a bolt mounting system.

Artic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro is decent priced and works good for me. I have it on 2 of my Q9400 machines and on my E8400 machine. The OCZ Vendetta works good too... I'm using the Vendetta on my E7400.

Slip streams are not well respected around these parts. Gentle Typhoon AP-15, Zalman ZM-F3, Sharkoon 2000, Yate Loon High... much better choices.
