Reporting back, I decided to get the Corsair H50 Water Cooler based off of its great reviews and alternative design. My temps are now at a staggering 32C idle/44C load!!! Thats a 12C drop in idle! This is one of the best decisions I have made for my build yet and I'm ecstatic about it!

That's not all though, I'm also achieving these temps the with the case side panel actually on this time, HA! As for thermal compound I'm currently using the pre-applied paste it came with, so I have yet to see temp improvements once I use some MX-2.

And lastly Corsair recommends reversing the air-flow of your cases rear fan from exhaust to intake, which I thought would wack out the air-flow design of the fans in my Antec 902. So all I did was leave my rear fan as an exhaust and only mounted the radiator to it, creating a pull-only air configuration.

So to ensure the effectiveness of this cooler please note my installation specs:
- Using the Pre-applied Thermal Compound that came with the Cooler
- Radiator Air-flow is opposite of Corsair's recommended Intake Method
- Only using one fan in a Pull-Only Configuration (Not using Corsairs fan)

So if I end up doing a Push-Pull configuration with Scythe fans sometime in the future with some MX-2 I might even be able to drop a few more celcius. Overall this is a great cooler and I would recommend it to anyone. My only negative thoughts on it is that fact that I had to pay an extra $5.00 for shipping for an AM2/AM3 bracket from Corsair since it didn't come packaged with the Corsair H50 (purchased off Newegg), and the fact that I had to completely take out my motherboard to install the H50's backing plate, but it was no big deal. I'm so glad this overheating nightmare is over, Thanks for reading guys.
