If you're looking for something good for a 478, go with one of the killer Thermalright products - XP-90c, XP-120, or Big Typhoon. Be sure to check compatibility with your mobo, but one or more almost certainly will fit and all will do a great job.

I agree but from what ive seen from the vapochill the cooling method is really good just read the review above sounds awsome.

it's okay...the zalman 9500 is better by a little bit and it's a lot simpler to get one and install it.

with the vapochill, they are expanding their product line, and they don't know much about fan cooling I think.

the thermaltake products don't do much for air flow as they direct the air back toward the cpu...it cools better, but consequently it messes up the airflow from the front of the case to the back. I personally like the horizontally facing cpu coolers since heatpipes came along...but it's just an opinion.

AS5 will work better, but you can just leave the pre-applied thermal paste on if you like. if only they pre-applied AS5, then a lot more people would like the product
