Cooler Master R4's are pretty good. They have a lot of static pressure, quiet, and their inexpensive.

Yeah I have S Flex G's in my case as well. Very nice, quality fans. Again, kinda loud on full speed, but they do make lower RPM models that won't be as loud. Do note that while S Flex fans have good static pressure for a 25mm thick fan, a 38mm thick fan will have much, much more.

The specs of the CM are not accurate. 90 CFM and 19 dBA is not happening. dBA is going to be over 30 for sure, or the 90 CFM is overrated.

R4's are not good heatsink fans. They are good for case fans though. They do hit the rated 1900 RPM, however, I cant say if it is in fact 90CFM. And I can tell you that they are not 19db either, more like like 25-27db. Pretty good for the price, but not meant for heatsinks or rads. San Ace, Delta, or Panaflo are best for that. I have x6 CM R'4s on my case and 2 Ultra Kaze's on my TRUE and Im about ready to replace the Ultra Kaze's. As others have mentioned, they undervolt terribly, but they aren't too loud with a fan controller. I wouldnt get them though.
