Going to need
on that one... I do believe that the top 3 are still Coolaboratory Liquid Pro, ICD7 and Shin Etsu X23. As for more easily accessible TIMs, MX-3 is SLIGHTLY better than OCZ Freeze, but not by much.

My personal preference is MX-3 i use it on my mobo, gpu, cpu, and even my ps3. Here are the top three imo and you cant go wrong whatever one you choose.

OCZ freeze is my preference.
MX-3 supposedly is damned good too. If you can spare the extra expense the 2 best are supposedly Shin-Etsu X23-7783D and IC7 Diamond.

+1 for MX-2. I used to use AS5 but when I switched to MX-2, I saw a drop in temps. Not much but it's noticeable. Haven't tried MX-3 yet... I'll probably use it on my next rig.
