There is a TRUE washer mod that some people have used to try to increase the tightness of the TRUE mount, From what I have read it has had some mixed results. To be honest though the people at Thermalright said said the play in the mounting system was normal, and I saw very decent temps on my core 2 duo overlocked to 3.6.

I saw this in the Mega club owner thread

I believe they do have a new design but i don't see any reviews on it yet .. the one they called the "Venomous X" now known as the TRUE-120 rev.c..

I just order it and i was wondering hows the TRUE-120 Rev.C ( with a "V" shaped hole at the bottom) compared to the old (TRUE-120 )and the the megatron?!

No way. Keep the Papst for use on the heatsink. Papsts are excellent server-grade fans, up there with Sanyo Denki, Delta, Sunon, and Comair Rotron.

Might as well be looking for server-grade fans, a fan controller, and a better TIM for lower temps on my i7 920 C0. Just don't like the noise emitting from my case (probably due to no anti-vibration strips on the heatsink).
