Default need case fans! CM R4-L2R?

i want to replace the fans in my antec 1200 with high capacity fans but i would also like to keep the same noise level, the specs for the CM R4-L2R's look like they would be a perfect match for what i need since they have decent airflow and are below 25 dba, can anyone verify that these specs are accurate (69 cfm at 19 dba)? im not getting noctuas.... they dont have the pretty blue leds (i think they are ugly, even though they perform so well) and im not willing to spend that much on 7 fans... i already have one fan that came with my cm v8, pretty sure its the same fan but it doesnt have a p/n on it so i cant be positive, if it is then it is the perfect fan for me.

and anyone have any idea where i can get a good fan controller? im looking at the scythe km02 and it seems to fit the bill pretty well but id like to get some opinions

the r4's aren't 69 cfm at only 19 dba, at their lowest speed they are 19 dba, but they are still great fans for the money nonetheless.

I have the R4's and love them. They work great. They arent 19 dba but are still whisper quiet while moving a ton of air

I have the same fans you are getting (mine are green). They move a TON of air. At 7volts there dead silent. At full power I'd say there about 30dba. I have 4 of these and a 140mm and its not that loud at all. Not loud enough to warrant a fan controller.
