Default San Ace 9G-H1011 and Scythe Kaze Server Fan Controller

My Scythe Kaze Server fan controller have an RPM display but not a display for the voltage level for each channel.

What's with 7V for the San Ace? Is 7V considered to be the optimal level for most heatsink fans?

And how will I be able to know that I'm supplying 7V to the San Ace if I use a Kaze Server? Can you interpolate RPM and Voltage?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but basically there is 12V coming across each channel and 7v out of 12v would set you running your fan around 60% speed which is where I like to keep my San Ace.

Generally speaking it keeps it operating efficiently while maintaining a fairly quiet dBA. This is also why most 3 pin resistors that are made are 7v resistors.

If your asking how strong my rear exhaust is....its a San Ace also and pulls everything out if I have it full blast but like I said on the Prolimatech Club post, all my fans are at 60% most of the time.

2 Yate high speed intakes
1 Yate high speed exhaust
1 San Ace exhaust
1 San Ace Mega

Using the fan controller I can achieve whichever pressure I want and at 60% the Air flow is high enough to keep the heat moving out of the case and keep my i7 cool even under full load.
