The stock fans are only rated 700RPM. The ones on Newegg are 1000RPMs so I was thinking that replacing the stock fans with those would be better?

Hmm so the stock ones push about 110 cfms? These 1000rpm ones push 142 cfms, I guess if thats worth it to you I'd replace it.

Right. But I don't understand why the review on Newegg says that they are loud at 1000RPM. Is that weird?

I think so, cause the blue one says it only fits cm storm sniper. But it'll work in a haf like yours.
