I don't think it's an issue of fans that is your problem. I think it's an issue of getting the air where you need it. You might consider putting in a blow hole above your vid card and installing a fan. Feeding ambient air directly to you vid card will make a huge difference. Question is, do you got the balls to cut a blow hole into an acrylic window?
