I've not used a lot of these cases, by I've been quite happy with my CM690.

IIRC, in stock form it'll take up to
2x 140's in the top
1x 140 in the bottom
1x 120 in front
1x 120 in rear (140 would also fit I think)
2x 140 in the side
1x 80 (?) in the other side (to blow air between mobo and mobo tray)
Plus whatever air the PSU will move
the entire front and top is more or less vented.

Thanks for all the awesome responses guys!

I've been toying with the idea of a work-bench, but having a cat around makes it kind of dangerous (she likes to get play with wires ;/ )

Rep for all the awesome suggestions though

Antec 1200 or CM HAF-932, whichever you like better or can get cheaper.

One idea I've not seen implemented that could work would be to get a small electric leaf-blower and use it to push a huge amount of air into your case. You wouldn't need any other fans, just exhaust vents... It would have its own plug so no extra draw on your psu. With some work and case modding (of the blower and your case), I think you could make it look decent.

None. If you want one though, and still have airflow, the ATCS840 is an excellent option if you want to mod the side panel to mount fans in it.
