I've not used a lot of these cases, by I've been quite happy with my CM690.
IIRC, in stock form it'll take up to 2x 140's in the top 1x 140 in the bottom 1x 120 in front 1x 120 in rear (140 would also fit I think) 2x 140 in the side 1x 80 (?) in the other side (to blow air between mobo and mobo tray) Plus whatever air the PSU will move the entire front and top is more or less vented.

Antec 1200 or CM HAF-932, whichever you like better or can get cheaper.

One idea I've not seen implemented that could work would be to get a small electric leaf-blower and use it to push a huge amount of air into your case. You wouldn't need any other fans, just exhaust vents... It would have its own plug so no extra draw on your psu. With some work and case modding (of the blower and your case), I think you could make it look decent.
