Rather than having a hundred fans blowing in every direction, have good high pressure air paths. And don't send air into areas of you case with nothing in them. Maybe block off places where air can trap.

Hrmmm... that would be a good positive pressure system...

I have both the Antec 1200 and HAF 932 and HAF 932 wins hans down after you abuse all the fan installation options to the max.
I went from Antec 1200 with 6 x Silverstone FM123s for intake / exhaust to HAF 932 and my cpu load temps dropped 3-4C. Right now my HAF 932 is equipped with the following 4 x Silverstone FM122s for intake on the side panel 3 x Silverstone FM123s for exhaust all mounted on the top 1 x Delta FFB1212EHE for exhaust on the back of the case. and 2 Silverstone FM122s as push pull on Megahalems. Cpu temps barely go past 64C even if my room temp is above 75F. I tried to make use of the fan slot at the bottom of the case, right by the psu mount but my Antec Sig 850W is too long and unless I mount a fan outside of the case its unusable for me. I left the stock 230mm fan at the front because I didn't find better alternative that was same size b/c I wanted all the HD slots to receive air flow.
