OK I have a few fan questions:
1) I just upgraded my case and re plugged all my fans into the same spots on my MB. Since then my chassis fan has not gone past 1103 RPM. I have a 2 Scythe S-Flex SFF21G 120mm fans. One intake front, one exhaust. It would show 1900. Any ideas why this would happen? I did upgrade the bios before that but it showed higher RPM. 2) Even in my old case it would only show one chassis fan, is this because of the plugs they attached too? 3) I have a spot for a low profile 70m fan for MG tray intake. Would this help with improving or should I say dropping my CPU temp? I figure it would but I was wondering if it would be a noticeable amount (one or two degrees). 4) I use kool and quite of course and I was wondering if there are better fans I could use for my intake and exhaust. Yet again meaning if I was to upgrade would I see a temp difference. 5) my MD has a power fan connection, what could I use this for? Meaning what do they mean by power fan? 6) I run a sunbeam 92mm CCF cooler, It lines up perfect with my exhaust fan. Would I improve my CPU cooling if I was to install a pull fan. It would seem to me that it could hinder the flow as well as help it. Thank you for reading through and hope to hear some replies.

As for fan speeds, do you notice any difference in CPU temps between the old case and the new?
Not all fan headers are monitored. As for adding fans, total CFM intake should be about equal to total CFM exhaust. Most CPU coolers blow down towards the motheboard, so adding a exhaust fan right over the CPU fan likely would hurt flow to the fins on the CPU cooler.

Read my sticky guide (1st link in sig). It should help answer a few of your questions that Billbart might have missed and give suggestions for fans. IMO buy a fan controller to handle your fans. The mobo isn't the best way to control your fans, neither are "software" solutions.

I have the v9, and adding that mobo tray fan only adds noise. Does absolutely nothing for temps. Save yourself the hassle.

I read your guide shadow and it helped me some. Is there a guide about fan controls? Also in the guide I talks about push pull on the cpu cooler. I guess the only way to tell if it improves it is buy trying it?
Also my temps are lower then before, and my thermalcompound should be done curing today. I had to use dynex from best buy. I lost my tube of tx2. I was using artic 5 but my temps are lower then they were. If I got a better TIM would they drop more. I read the sticky and im thinking about the geil.

Fan controls as in a fan controller? You can ask other members with a Core Contact Freezer but via a quick search I did not see anyone using a push pull with theirs. Better TIM would certainly lower your temps, you might see anywhere from a 1-7c drop. Just depends on how well you applied it and which TIM you chose. As always when you add in human error (YMMV) your milage may vary.

Yes I am "new" to the whole idea of fan controllers. One came with my CCF but I cant find it now. But would I have to have a controller for each fan or could they all run off of one? That is why I am looking for a guide. Sorry for all the noobish questions just getting into OCing and have read the guides but still have to ask for it all to sink in.
