I second the Mugen 2 option. The definitive price/performance cooler on the market right now. I'm only running a triple core, but I could easily take it to 4ghz on this beast. My load temp at 1.36v is under 40C and at 1.45v just under 45C, so I have a ton of headroom. My PWM/NB get's too hot, so I just need to get that taken care of before I push it a ton farther

1st link in sig, all suggestions are in there. For your specific cooler I would definitely suggest the Dark Knight as my buddy has one on his 720 and we love it.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus may also be a nice option. I have no experience with this cooler nor with any of the other ones mentioned here, but I am getting ready to buy an X3 720 myself and have been looking for a solid yet affordable cooler myself and the Hyper 212+ keeps jumping out at me in all the reviews I've read. They all mention it's great price/performance ratio.

If you're looking for performance get a Megahalems, but if you're looking for price/performance then get a Mugen 2.

I would recommend the Mugen 2, best bang for the buck.
