MY GF wants Red LD fans for our new case... This case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146059
are those side fan vents 120mm ? So i need 4 120mm red led fans by the looks of it. The color of the blades and all that doesn't matter to me because i'll probbably spray paint them black to match my all black theme.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103063 These are some good red led fans...but the leds on them aren't that bright
http://xoxide.com/quadledred12.html These are also pretty good and the leds on these are real bright. And by the looks of that cases specifications, the side panel fans appear to be 120mm.

Check into the Antec TriCool 120mm. They have a red one, I havent used it to comment on the light bightness though. I've only used the black ones and like them.

i've got 3 red led Antec Tricools in the front of my Antec 1200...
without the black fan filter on them they light up pretty neat and give a nice red glow throughout the case, with the fan filters on, they're still nice and red but not so bright (duh) overall, i love these fans

Check THIS post. Although I cannot see the pictures (work blocked) I am assuming they are referring to the same fans.

The Tricool lights up a lot more than the R4, but it is also much louder(at least the one I got). I had to turn the Tricool down to ~30-40% iirc to get it to be absolutely quiet. The R4 was more like 50-70%. Maybe I just got a bad Tricool, but IMO the R4 puts out more airflow for the amount of noise it makes. The R4 does have 9 blades, the Tricool has 7.
The R4 only puts out about as much light as in the picture though, it basically looks like a black fan with four red streaks of light across the blades. It doesn't actually light up the whole thing. Hope this helps.
