Yes, those should work in a CM690.

I don't think there is enough clearance, but I'm at school right now so I can't check.
And get yourself a fan controller! You have no idea how loud a 3000+ rpm fan is until you hear it. If you still have those metal inserts for the 5.25" bays you can actually use them to mount a fan there if you have 3 empty bays.

I thought noise didn't matter either until I got a Delta fan, haha!

Those are great fans. I have a sunbeam rheobus controller. You can buy one at newegg for $15. I have ultra kaze's though, not deltas. Didn't have that kind of dough.

Yes, the fans are extremely loud. You have to get a fan controller with more than 15W per channel. I don't think many motherboards can supply enough current to power that beast, so either get a fan controller or a power adapter.

I'm pretty sure 38mm fans won't fit into the front CM690. I was going to buy 4 San Ace 38mm fans but when I messured the distance between the front shrowding and the hard-drive rack it didn't look like it would fit so I got 3. 1 for the exhaust, one for the bottem, and one for my cpu.. My fans won't be in tell the 20th, but If you still want me to double check for you when I get mine I will.. Just pm me.
