Default Fan doesn't spin

Okay I'm on a laptop sitting next to my computer fan trying to find out why it doesn't spin. The LEDs are glowing blue, but the computer fan doesn't spin. The fans I have are the stock Antec 900 fans, I think its the Antec Tri-cool. And just the top front fan does this. The other fans I have are running perfectly fine. Oh and if I blow on the fan when the computer is on, it'll start moving just like if you push start a car. It just gets annoying to blow on it everytime I turn on my computer.

Could it be the wiring? If so, what color is the wire that makes the fan spin? I could see if it is all the way in.

Thanks.

EDIT: Ok now that I've figured it out, I'm thnking about getting a fan controller that comes with 4 pin(molex) to 3 pin adapters so i don't have to buy them. The only one I've found is the Vantec Nexus NXP-205-BK but I think they stopped making them. Please read below

It's probably a dying fan.

Those 200mm Antec Big Boy's are known to not be worth their gruff. I would suggest getting a hold of Antec and they'll send you out a new one most likely.

It's not a 200mm fan. It's a 120mm.

Could you illustrate where on you case it is?

IE In one of the front HDD Containers?

If so again, it's still probably a dying fan and Antec will most likely replace it for you.

Check if the blades are touching anything, also try a higher setting.

Ahh, I haven't thought of that because a while ago, I changed all my fan settings to low. I'll try that.

Okay, thanks got it to work lol. But I've got a new question and I think it would be a waste of space to make a new thread, so where should I go to get the Vantec Nexus NXP-205-BK? I'm planning to buy it, but only found it on ebay. Is there any other website that I could use to find it?

I'm also looking at the Lamptron FC-2. Does it come with 4 pin(molex) to 3 adapters? I don't want to buy them because they're expensive and I don't want to mod either cause I have the right tools.

No it doesnt, but on a fan controller you don't need those as the fan controller supplies power to the fans.
Though, with the design of the Tri-Cools it will not work.
