Scythe S-Flex SFF21G
Scythe GentleTyphoon D1225C12B5AP-15
Zalman ZM-F3
Kaze

If you want another LED for an exhaust than go with the R4.

Personally, I would go with the kaze as an intake fan as it has enough power to push through the hdd cage. I don't know if the 38mm fan will fit in there though. You want a high CFM fan as intake. You could check out high speed yate loons as they push a fair amount of air.

I have heard good things about the typhoons and s-flexes. I don't if they are worth the premium over the dirt cheap yates.

I place more emphasis in getting cooler air into my case then getting hot air out.
Medium Yate is the best I can find for the front Intake. The Side fan will act as a Intake too. This good?

R4's are good case fans for the price, but they aren't good on rads or HSF's.
With a low budget, you can't go wrong with Petra's Yates or the Zalman ZM-F3. Or spend a little more and get Gentle Typhoon's or S-Flex's.

The Mugen 2 will perform a little better then the DK, but it is far bigger.
For the best air performance, go for Megahalems or a lapped and washer modded True.
Perfect answer.

In that case, first choice out of those is the S-Flex; second is the GentleTyphoon, then Kaze, then R4. Also take a minute and read my short summary here.

Whatever you do, just don't get a kaze.

And as far as heatsinks, DK and Mugen 2 are similar with mugen 2 on top by a LITTLE bit. It's not THAT big. And Dark knight has mounting issues with AM2. it will only mount horizontally. Mugen 2 has proper exhausting.
