New to Overclock.net

Which cpu cooling system would you choose if you want to overclock a little bit want it to be somewhat quiet, and dont want to spend over $40.
__________________In case you didnt figure out I cant decide on a cooling heat sink and fan. Please explain why you picked what you did. Thanks

It's not made specially to be silent, like for example the Noctua coolers, but those are too expensive. The Mugen 2 performs very well and the stock fan isn't loud at all. You won't get better performance over $40.

Cooler Master Hyper 212+
Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer Scythe Mugen II These all mount in the correct fashion on an AMD system and cool exceptionally well. Listed in order of performance, as the Mugen II is the best, but it's also the most expensive and largest.
