Default Ninja Scythe compatible with ASRock P43Twins1600?

I have an old big Ninja Scythe cooler - will it fit on an ASRock P43Twins1600 mobo?

I have checked on Scythe's homepage - no useful info there.

It should work. The Ninja is LGA775 compatible.

Your motherboard doesn't appear to have anything obstructive either.
