I JUST got my Kaze about 10 minutes ago and already it's are clicking, at lowest RPM it's pretty quiet but it still clicks. Is there any way to stop this? It's pretty annoying! I like the CFM but this clicking has got to stop..

I am afraid they just do at low RPM, the motors in them aren't the best, and are fairly sensitive to undervolting.

Ahhh! Shoot mee! My CPU temperature dropped from 56C to about 43C under full load with it all the way up but at low RPM I like a quiet PC and this thing is pretty annoying clicking like this...

Yep, clicking really annoys me, my PSU fan does it sometimes, nothing a good kick can't fix though.

I would recommend you look into some other 38mm deep fans that have good static pressure, and are quiet when undervolted. San Aces and some Panaflo's come to mind.

You'll tune it out after a little while. I run mine at 6V and I really don't notice the click anymore.

You could also try moving your case around. You'll only hear the click at certain angles.

I have a fan controller and when I turn the knob down the computer does get quiet except for the freaking clicking noise. When I turn the knob up, it can be as loud as it wants, as long as it cools. I like quiet when not gaming but loud and cool when I'm gaming.

I agree with The Buke, getting a new fan like Panaflo would be the solution as many have stated that the Panaflo undervolts well with no clicks.

Both my Kaze fans clicked at low RPM, i could tune it out by slightly adjusting the knob a bit and they were quiet, it was worse at high speed 2000 RPM
