Default Help me find a fan

Hey you guys, I was wondering if you can help me find a fan for my rad.

Its a quad rad so I need 4 fans:

Needs a 3 pin Power supply

Needs to work on 4 W or less per channel

Needs to be a max of 30 decibels

Needs a good static pressure and atleast 50-60 CFM.

But I am on a budget, I cant spend more than around 12 dollars and 50 cents per fan.

So far the closest Ive come is the Silenx, but that is around 20 dollars.

You could try something like these: http://www.petrastechshop.com/12yalod1cafa.html otherwise for what you want it's cost that you'll have to worry about. One more note Don't buy anything silenX, they are pure ****. In fact they have the potential to be a fire hazard that is how bad they are.
