Default Thermal Compound Question!!

Ok guys so I received my Vendetta 2 yesterday, Overclocked my Chip to 4ghz stable @ 1.3500vcore. The issue is that the thermal compound that came with the cooler is crap, very watery and just runs out almost like liquid. max temo on prime95 was 72'C which is very High for the vcore I'm running...

I am considering getting a better thermal compound sicne my cousin was running over 1.5vcore on a AMD chip with the same cooler and did not see temps above 55'c with some xigmatek compound.

Right nou I have the Following options:

Shin-Etsu G571
Innovation Cooling 7 Diamond
ARCTIC COOLING Turbo MX-2

For now I'm leaning toward the MX-2 since it costs almost the same as the other 2 and the tube contains 4g intead or the 1g on the Shin Etsu and the 1.5g on the IC7.

Wondering which of the 3 you guys recommend, and by the way a 1'c wont make a difference for me.

If 1c won't make a difference to you then pick whichever one is cheaper for you. They are all great TIMs that produce results very similar to one another.

on a side note you may want to read this to help you decide:

SO far the vote is for the MX2! Wondering how about th IC7 I heard good things of it but the install is a bit hard since it's so thick.

I used MX2 on my new cooler. My temps were cut in half after adding the cooler so how much of that was because I used MX2 I don't know, but the results will make me a user of the product in the future for sure.
