Seriously, I'd say just find a way to mount a fan you already have on there, and replace the TIM with some that you have leftover. It's what I normally do, and it works fine.

This is a good idea, and I'm sure it will work... Have done it before and it shaved a few degrees... But for $15 I am able to get a thermalright heatsink which is not bad... If it fits I may get it if not I will just stick with the new TIM and fan.

Id just like to know if it will fit with my current setup?

Dude, I have an EP45 UD3L. I don't think your Northbridge is TMPIN1. That is your CPU. Post a screenshot. I have stress-tested my CPU with Orthos for 8+ hours, and my TMPIN0 (Northbridge, confirmed by Everest) never rose over 48 C. Do you have Everest? It will tell you exactly what your Motherboard temp is.

Will try this in a while maybe I am wrong but really doubt it since HW monitor also shows my cpu temps as core#0 and core#1.

By the looks of it, the Hr-05 IFX wont fit with your heatsink. I own two and had a horrible time getting them mounted properly.

It looks like there is a way to cut and mount a fan on the bottum of your case to improve air flow. I also use a spot fan, I call it a lollipop fan, and it works great. It cools the chipset and the ram. Check out the picks in my album. I also used a scyth kama bay fan for added intake cooling.

SOrry Guys, My bad, Yes the TMPIN1 is the cpu temp, installed everest and my northbridge in everest is called (motherboard) rarely goes above 41'C anyways I asked a member who was the same board except that his is DDR2 and he says it will go in fine, I was wondering if it is good to upgrade this heatsink or is it a waste of money?

The HR-05 IFX probably wouldn't fit next to your CPU heatsink. The CPu heatsink you are using is very wide and is blocking a fair amount of your NB cooler. The IFX would most likely rest against the cpu heatsink *edit*after looking over the pics again, the HR-05 would be very close to your CPU HS*edit*, not a good idea.
