What's the difference besides the name and the RPM's?

the S-Flex uses a newer revision of the S-FDB bearing than the Kama

...consequently having more MTBF.

Basically the S-Flex has a magnet that keeps the rotor aligned and suctioned, and its IC is a low noise one, as opposed to the Kama.
